Pasir Ris Army Show
Was feeling all jittery just before the show. then... the doors opened and out we went on stage... my mind went on auto pilot and everything i said and did had a mind of its own from there hahaha...~ I love being on stage because it is so liberating. I get to shake off who I am (although it still shows) and be somebody else for a few minutes. This somebody else can sing well, be high, enthu, smile, look pretty, dance and do all sorts of funky things that the me off stage usually wouldnt do *hee hee* Being on stage is like being larger than life. Living out and maxing out living my life. Oh boy I love to perform *muahahaha* It was very fun tonight especially with such a responsive audience (VERY RARE IN SINGAPORE) and people game enough to come up on stage to sing too!!! It was a show in the army camp for some really high ranking army personnel although I'm not super sure about what the show is about =x After the show we even had reception!!! very nice food... porridge, peanuts (YUM), egg, ikan bilis and some kind of vegetable that i like but dunno what it is XD They even presented us with a plaque to appreciate us coming!!! and each of us have a certificate of participation =) they are so niceeeeeeeeeee~ After leading them into a KTV session with an opening Shan Hu Hai by Darryl and Melanie (which was pretty well sung I think) we hung around a bit more then left for home =) We left in such high spirits!!! Lets hope we get to do more shows for them next time =) |
