Man U has been my favourite soccer team in EPL since P4 and I will never forget how I simply watched the match with my uncle and picked the "red team" to win. It was a certain match played against a certain "blue team" and even though my favourite colour during that time was blue, I picked red instead.

I love Man U. Tonight, they won. CL winners of 2008. One of THE most successful clubs ever to grace the face of this earth.

But I hate penalties. I hate it when important matches like the finals end up in penalties and when luck plays a larger part than usual in the deciding of the victor. It was indeed highly heart racing and altogether a very exciting penalty considering the twists and turns and the unexpected misses and saves.

For some weird reason, I had this gut feeling that Ronaldo would miss his penalty. Turns out it was saved haha... he over played it and I think he deserved it. Its always in penalties that such things happen. The Chelsea fans I watched the match with very sweating buckets when Terry stepped up to take the penalty. I had a sudden feeling that Chelsea would win it but he missed!

Van Der Sar, the rightful hero saved Anelka's penalty giving Man U the title as the CL champions. I'm happy about that!
